Alen & Eveliza, Why are they different from other similar compounds?

The cell, primordial element of living beings, is the minimum part of living matter which involves all the attributes that determine the living, to be born, to grow, to reproduce and to die, they are the bricks of the tissues. Its internal structure is a real cosmos miracle, and its understanding, even though there have been extraordinary science advances, has not been deciphered in its whole. All its internal organization depends on the different changes which are experimented by the combinations and exchanges suffered by the molecules of the organic compounds that are part of it, which possess specific particular natures produced in the different compartments of the organelles that make the cellular structure.
The chemical changes produced, are of a stunning complexity, and are regulated by an extraordinary specificity of correspondence of covalent joints; all this variegated phenomenon of biochemical exchanges is established although only 45 essential factors take part, those are the bases of vitamins, minerals and proteins with the enzymes that make the albuminoidal part, where physical and chemical changes take place all ruled by the thermodynamics laws, with entropic and negantropic transformation gradients, with perfect harmony under the direction of the DNA key molecule, the genetics base. Under these circumstances, the cell possesses extraordinary properties in its functioning, and among the principal ones that it presents, are the ones that have to defend against the different diseases, property that is expressed due to the great memory accumulated in its genetic code, which during so many millions of years of evolution has accumulated, and that, through genetic adaptations modifications have been created that allow better defences against the uncountable aggressor beings, internal and external, that constantly try to neutralize the cellular functioning.
It is easy to understand, that we have defended ourselves with ability, our current presence is an authentic testimony of survival, towards the terrifying fight that we have had to display for our biological improvement, being ours, therefore, one of the many successful species.
But we cannot feel proud to think, that we are super-living beings, and that for the reasons exposed, suppose that we should never get ill, but the daily experience tells us the opposite, we are an unhealthy species, and in most cases we die prematurely, due to infectious problems, like degenerating and involuted or proliferating diseases; in one word the natural death due to progressive exhaustion of the genetic program, doesn't exist.
To what is this apparent paradox due? In our research, we have dedicated more than 35 years to the study of these health problems, and we have concluded, that the health damage phenomenon is due to a chronicle and persistent deficiency of an appropriate nutrition, and that this lack of enough contribution of essential factors, causes that the cells work inefficiently, not permitting that the defensive and reconstructing potential develops as we need.
ALEN AND EVELIZA, are compounds integrated by nutrient substances, but of very special characteristics, due to its high concentration content of essential factors in a singular aggregation state, that confers to it a greater biological power that the one found in the common nutrients that we ingest. From a stereo chemical point of view, the nutrition molecules are found in isomers with a very unstable chirality, and tends to denaturalise by physical and chemical actions, which are the ones we use when we prepare food, phenomenon which probably destroys the 80% of the nutrient power of the food, converting the molecules to chemical compounds unrecognisable by our enzymes, and with very little nutrition value.
Our species eats very badly, and no one in the world can have a perfect diet, the tragedy begun probably about 700,000 years ago, date from which we stopped being scavengers, because we discovered that the fire action made food more digestible, when the size of the molecules is diminished, but without noticing that we destroyed the chemical arrangements of the organic compounds which were valuable for our repairing nutrition, making them unrecognisable by our enzymes; this slightly explained phenomenon, keeps the key to our health and longevity, and we should take it very seriously if we want a clear and precise understanding which explains the health and sickness processes.
On the other hand, the nutrient amounts that we ingest daily are very scarce, let's follow briefly the following reasoning: Let's suppose that a person eats 500 grams of food per day, these food comes from organic materials and therefore contains the 70% of water, which lessens the total amount of the solid material, leaving us only 150 grams. From these 150gr.
the 60% is composed of fat and sugars, that are only caloric - energizing elements and not reconstructing, if we subtract this 60%, 60 grams are left; but these 60 grams have to be "cooked", to diminish the size of the molecules and to make them digestible, but in this operation we destroy the chirality of the essential factors, degrading 80% of them, which subtracted from the 60 gr., only 12 grams of nutrient molecules are left, which, from every point of view is a ridiculously low amount of reconstructing material for our tissues, because we need an average amount of 36 grams of nutrient materials daily.
The previous reasoning is of great significance for the interpretation of the degenerating phenomenon that our species suffers in a premature way, which leads to illness and premature aging.
Why are Alen & EVELIZA different to other nutrient compounds? The explanation that follows is of great importance in order to understand the discovery of ALEN AND EVELIZA.
Based on several speculations and many years of work, we invented a different compound to complement our diet which lacks of essential factors of LEVOROTARY molecules (which is how we assimilate the nutrient molecules), and its way of concentrating them, and the result was the ALEN AND EVELIZA compounds.
Through this discovery, and many years of its application, in hundreds of thousands of patients we have proved, that the well nourished cell can overcome with efficiency the different health and aging upsets, like: hair, nails and skin improvement, increase of resistance towards diseases caused by degenerating, infectious (virus and bacteria) processes, it controls different metabolic upsets, it modifies the degenerating mechanisms of the collagen tissue, it increases the healing reparation speed, re-establishes the neurovegetative balance, keeps the prudent organism level, and delays aging and more important, the in taking of these compounds avoids or reverts the involuted problems that the patient can have, like obesity, idiopathic hypertension, increase in the cholesterol o triglycerids level, arthrosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, gastritis, arteriosclerosis and still some proliferating diseases.
OPTICALLY ACTIVE MOLECULES.
In order to understand the basic principle in which the very particular properties of ALEN & EVELIZA are based,
we need to know, although briefly, stereo chemistry rudiments, and the history of molecules discovery guided to the right and to the left.
On the first half of the XIX century, in France, the physician- chemist Jean Baptiste Biot,
discovered that the quarts crystals had the faculty to turn a polarized light surface, and that some solutions showed the same characteristics.
Louis Pasteur, in one of his first research works, proved that the tartaric acid
had these properties, being the crystals of this substance with facets guided on a right and left direction, and that its solutions deviated
the polarization surface in one or another direction, and that the union of both solutions gave no deviation as a result, calling the
phenomenon a recemic compound, or enantiomorphic substances.
This phenomenon, of great universal importance, which extends to all living things and the universe in its whole, controls the
chemistry of the organic substances, also called the carbon chemistry, and Van't Hoff and Le Bel were the ones who proposed to
see the carbon atom as a tetrahedron, and this fascinating detail, would make the carbon atom an asymmetric entity, that can
only be described with accuracy by the mathematical equations of the modern chemistry theory.
The living beings, and particularly us, are built with asymmetric molecules, now we know that nearly all the substances that
make the living organisms are carbon compounds that have a basic asymmetry, that the chemists call 'Chirality'. Been the
animals and the human species formed by left molecules, with scarce right tissues, like collagen and DNA. This is a correspondence
law of absolute precision, to a point, that a left enzyme does not recognize a right molecule, and as one it cannot transform or modify
it; this conducts us to an interesting truth: if we want to live we have to eat left molecules, which is how these nutrient compounds are assimilated.
The previous reasoning conducts us to an interesting question, do we always eat left molecules with our food?
Our species comes from apes, and apes that adapted to the savannah where we became hominids, which in order to survive,
adopted carnivore habits, but with an intestine not well evolutionally developed and with a fruit eating mouth; but not to eat fresh meat,
like the felines do, we needed that the meat was previously digested, for the principal reason that it was necessary that the molecules
became smaller in size and weight, to be able to digest them, the mechanism that we employed was the one to leave them decomposing
previously by fermentation and rotting, in one word we became scavengers. This brought us a great benefit; low molecular weight nutrient
molecules, more digestible by themselves; and second, molecular structures where the left orientation of chirality is maintained.
700.000 years ago (more or less), we suspected that we discovered the fire action in our benefit, and thus, we used it to modify the food in an immediate way through cooking, by this manner we made it better digestible, and it wasn't necessary to wait for rotting to eat it.
But every benefit has a difficulty associated to it, and this was, the destruction of the molecular arrangements and the denaturalisation of the nutrient molecules, because the left chiral molecules, are very week arrangements, where the atoms can change positions easily, becoming of right orientation, and therefore not recognizable by our digestive enzymes, translating this to a lack of assimilation with an evident loss of its nutritional power.
Humanity lives badly feed, because we have separated ourselves from the natural way of eating, we have denaturalised the nutrient molecules, and our organism is getting damaged prematurely, making us unhealthy with an evident shortening of our life expectative.
Facing this situation, I researched about 35 years to discover the method to obtain a nutrient substance where the molecules of the essential factors (proteinic), maintain their left chirality, and that their stability persist through time, so that it can be kept. Our Alen & Eveliza products, come from vegetable nutrient molecules, gramineous that we grow in our own farms, with strictly organic methods, and therefore with a very high quality level, condition of great importance so that the factory processes can perform over the molecular arrangements, in such a way that we can invert the chirality, because the nutrient molecules of vegetable origin have a right orientation, and it is important to invert them so that they have usefulness in our diet.
As it can be understood, the industrial procedure requires a great magnitude complexity, where all the machinery used I have had to invent, as the different processes used, which are completely original.
From the above, we can conclude that the Alen & Eveliza compounds cannot be faked, and what is more its discovery sets a new challenge in the research related to nutrition, one of them is the curious ambivalence, that an alimentary substance can carry out visible changes in our health, to a point that it looks like a 'pharmaceutical compound'.
